No. 103 of 1983, ruling that the age relaxation under Rule 3(v) applies exclusively to employees of the Punjab Government, not those serving under the Federal Government. As the petitioners were not provincial employees, they were held ineligible for the benefit, and the writ petition was accordingly dismissed in limine.
